HIGH COURT REJECTED THE APPEAL MADE ON BEHALF OF THE THUPPAKKI TEAM BECAUSE THE CASE WAS STILL NOT FINISHED IN THE CIVIL COURT. THEY HAVE ASKED THE CIVIL COURT TO FINISH THE CASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH SPEED BUT DIDN'T GIVE THEM A DEADLINE! THE CASE WILL BE ADJOURNED AGAIN ON OCTOBER 3 IN CIVIL COURT.
Thuppakki film's court case issue has once again been sadly postponed to October 3, 2012 however there is no guarantee that the case be solved as the fans have been repeatedly let down with several promises of the case being solved for several months but the final result was always a postponement of the case. The fans are getting really frustrated and are dissapointed that the director is more concerned with a title than releasing the film so they are under severe depression. Jagadish, A PRO revealed that the team will not wait for the next judgement and will have the case resolved before October 1st week with a new plan.
Vijay is in big demand for all the top directors of Tamil Cinema and the star is keen to prove his versatility in different class projects. However there are no official confirmations of any projects starting yet post his untitled project with director Al Vijay.
Director Ameer said he wishes to direct Ilayathalapathy Vijay in a project called Kannabiran but however it is not yet officially confirmed whether the project will take off for sure.
Director Bala also might work with Ilayathalapathy Vijay for a non rural modern script which will show his films and vijay character in a totally new way. If this happens will be Bala's first modern flick. It is said Vijay approached Bala for this film to be his next one after his Al Vijay venture. It is not hundred percent confirmed yet though. Vijay wanted to work with Santosh Sivan under his direction for a off beat venture but however there are no official reports of the film happening yet.
