HIGH COURT REJECTED THE APPEAL MADE ON BEHALF OF THE THUPPAKKI TEAM BECAUSE THE CASE WAS STILL NOT FINISHED IN THE CIVIL COURT. THEY HAVE ASKED THE CIVIL COURT TO FINISH THE CASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH SPEED BUT DIDN'T GIVE THEM A DEADLINE! THE CASE WILL BE ADJOURNED AGAIN ON OCTOBER 3 IN CIVIL COURT.

Thuppakki film's court case issue has once again  been  sadly postponed to October 3, 2012 however there is no guarantee that the case be solved on this date as the fans have been repeatedly let down with several promises of the case being solved for several months but the final result was always a postponement of the case. The fans are getting really frustrated and are dissapointed that the director is more concerned with a title than releasing the film so they are under severe depression.

To assure the fans happiness Jagadish, A PRO revealed that the team will not wait for the next judgement and will have the case resolved before October 1st week with a new plan.

​

The case involves a ongoing argument between Thuppakki team and Kallathuppaki team as to who has the title rights of the film.​



When the case is resolved the audio release date will be officially announced and the teaser will release  as well.

​

The film is currently scheduled to release in the month of November for The Diwali Season.​
